Cloud5 offices are situated in one of the busiest areas of downtown Beirut, most notably along one of Nejmeh square’s thoroughfares, and the Emir Bachir Street from Riad El Solh Square, in what is referred to as the Conservation area.

Cloud5 is located on the fifth floor of building 1301 along Mgr. Toubia Aoun Street. Its modular offices are designed to cater to a large variety of configurations to suit any business needs.

The space is designed to provide adequate levels of privacy along with common spaces to enhance inter-office networking and ideas exchange.

A centralized shared reception area acts as a buffer zone between the entrance and the offices. It also serves as a drop off and distribution point for any mail deliveries.

Common lounge areas are also spread around, providing impromptu public meeting spaces, as well as two conference rooms equipped with SmartTVs and video-conferencing capabilities for more formal settings.

Office space varies according to the number of required desks and usually adheres to the open office model. Private offices are also available upon request.

Cloud5 has three distinct areas that serve as office spaces, a common reception and lounge area at the entrance, as well as two conference rooms one with videoconferencing capabilities and a large open workspace. A second level is still under work to further expand Cloud5’s space and offerings.
