Solidere shares can be purchased through any broker who is a member of the Beirut Stock Exchange. There are no restrictions on share ownership, except that no shareholder may own more than 10% of the stock. GDRs linked to the shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange and are open for purchase by institutional investors through the international market.
