Solidere actively seeks investment partners, anchor tenants and operators for aspects of its own projects. Investors may participate as joint-venture partners in specific projects. The Company has developed legal and financial structuring schemes for some of its projects, including components of the Souks of Beirut, into joint ventures. These schemes offer participation to potential investors and involve the pre-leasing or pre-sale of the facilities being developed, thus reducing development risk.
