Completing the Beirut Souks development
Finalizing the Saifi and Wadi Abou Jamil urban villages
Establishing prime new areas in the Serail corridor, hotel district and Ghalghoul sector, with real estate development including: The Landmark, Beirut Trade Center, Bab Al Saray, Beirut Gate on the southern edge of the city center, etc...
Completing the Martyrs’ Square axis and Sector J infrastructure and launching , real estate projects with a high architectural value, including The Phoenician Village northeast gateway towers, marking the point where the coastal highway terminates in the city center

Developing the new waterfront district by:

Completing real estate development around the Beirut Marina
Completion of land treatment and reclamation
Landscaping the waterside park and corniche promenades
Completing the Corniche car park
Completing the infrastructure in the new waterfront district
Developing the eastern marina
Coordinating with the port authority over the development of the first basin and launching developments with a distinct architectural style

This will mark the internationalization of the project and re-launching of Beirut as a world city of the region and will intensify the thrust towards making Beirut city center a favored location for international businesses, financial and other specialized services and institutions, as well as a tourism destination and a prime residential area.
